The linear actuator driven by ball screw is widely used in all walks of life, and the utilization rate is high. So what should we do if the sliding table module shakes during operation?
1. Remove the cover plate and check whether the screws of all parts are loose. If they are loose, you should lock the screws with tools immediately and check whether the screws will be loose again.
2. Check the overall straightness of the guide rail in the sliding table module and whether the screws are offset or loose. If this happens, it is necessary to reposition the guide rail and lock the screws to ensure the flatness of the guide rail.
3. Check whether there is any problem with the nuts and screws of the sliding table module, and remove them if there is any problem. In order to completely eliminate this problem, it is suggested that the nut guide rail should be led out, the screw nut should be adjusted again to ensure uniform clearance, appropriate lubricant should be added to improve flatness, and the machine should be reinstalled for inspection.
4. Finally, check the bearing, bearing seat and fixed edge. If no problems are found, re-install the locking button, and lock the cover plate of the vehicle for power test to see if the fault is eliminated.
